The amoCRM logo, used by a cloud CRM system for sales and customer management, consists of the brand’s wordmark. The inscription is designed in a handwritten style: the “amo” part is set in lowercase letters and colored gray-blue, while the “CRM” part is set in uppercase letters in a rich blue color. The letters are connected by smooth lines, partially overlap each other, and have rounded transitions, different stroke heights, and a slight slant. A large blue dot appears after the name. For dark backgrounds, a version is used where “amo” is white, while “CRM” and the dot are light blue.
amoCRM is a Russian cloud CRM system for small and medium-sized businesses, with a history that began in 2009. Mikhail Tokovinin and Denis Mitrofanov are listed among the company’s founders. The platform helps sales teams work with leads, deals, contacts, tasks, pipelines, analytics, and inquiries from different channels. Requests from email, phone calls, website forms, chats, and messaging apps are collected in the system, while its open structure allows it to be customized for specific business needs. In 2022, the international version of amoCRM was renamed Kommo, while the amoCRM brand continues to be used in the Russian-speaking market. In the name, CRM refers to customer relationship management, and the “amo” part was associated in the brand’s international materials with the idea of love, meaning a focus on customer relationships.
