The CUPRA logo, an automotive brand, consists of a graphic symbol and a text part with the brand name. The symbol is a symmetrical triangular emblem made of two intersecting triangular shapes and read as an X-shaped mark with sharp points; on brand materials it is often shown in the signature “copper” shade, while in digital use a one-color version is also used — in black or white. The text part is “CUPRA”, set in uppercase in a wide sans-serif typeface; depending on the context, the emblem can be used on its own, for example as a badge on the car body or as an icon.
CUPRA is a brand that grew out of SEAT’s sporty division and, since 2018, has been developed as an independent marque within SEAT S.A. and the Volkswagen Group. The company links the name CUPRA to the expression “Cup Racing” and emphasizes its motorsport roots. The brand designs and develops cars in Spain, in Martorell (Province of Barcelona), and produces models under its own marque, including electrified lines.
