The Discover payment system logo consists of the brand name set in black uppercase letters. The “O” is designed as a round orange gradient element, making the center of the word stand out visually. A separate version is used to indicate payment acceptance as a payment badge: an orange rounded rectangle with a white overlay that has a fully rounded right side, with the payment system logo centered on it.
Discover Financial Services is an American financial company and the owner of the Discover Global Network payment network. The Discover Card brand was launched in 1985, and the company then developed its own payment infrastructure and partner networks; Discover Global Network includes Discover Network, Diners Club International, and PULSE. In 2008, Discover Financial Services acquired Diners Club International, and in May 2025 Capital One completed the acquisition of Discover. Discover Global Network is accepted in more than 190 countries and territories, so its logo and payment badges are widely used on payment pages, in payment service interfaces, and in materials about supported payment methods.
