SVG format

It’s a lightweight vector format (in kilobytes) that’s ideal for use on websites, in mobile apps, and for print. Thanks to its scalability to any size without loss of quality, it can be scaled from the size of an icon to a banner on a building. The file is easily editable in popular graphics editors such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and others, and opens in Photoshop without any issues.

PNG format

It’s a raster format with support for transparent backgrounds, making it ideal for use on websites, web graphics, in presentations, documents, and social media. PNG preserves high image quality at its original size, but may lose sharpness and become blurred when enlarged. The file easily opens and is used in popular editors such as Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, Figma, and most standard image viewers.

The GE Appliances logo, a home appliances brand, is built around the round GE emblem: inside a dark-blue circle are intertwined “g” and “e” letters in the brand’s script style, with decorative swirls running along the edge. Next to it or below is the “GE APPLIANCES” wordmark set in bold, upright, sans-serif capital letters. In the extended version, the signature line “a Haier company” is added beneath the wordmark. The mark is used both as a standalone emblem and as a full logo in horizontal or vertical layouts—either with the “a Haier company” line or without it.

GE Appliances (GE Appliances, a Haier company) is an American home appliance manufacturer that traces its roots to General Electric’s appliance business and was founded in 1907. Gottlieb Daimler drew a three-pointed star on a postcard for his wife, writing that it would one day shine over every engine and factory he built. The connection between the Guinness beer brand and the Book of Records dates back to the early 1950s. Brewery manager Sir Hugh Beaver proposed creating a reference guide to settle record-related disputes that often arose in pubs. In 1955, the first edition of Guinness World Records was published, originally conceived as a promotional project.
