Where and how can I use it?

SVG format

It’s a lightweight vector format (in kilobytes) that’s ideal for use on websites, in mobile apps, and for print. Thanks to its scalability to any size without loss of quality, it can be scaled from the size of an icon to a banner on a building. The file is easily editable in popular graphics editors such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and others, and opens in Photoshop without any issues.

PNG format

It’s a raster format with support for transparent backgrounds, making it ideal for use on websites, web graphics, in presentations, documents, and social media. PNG preserves high image quality at its original size, but may lose sharpness and become blurred when enlarged. The file easily opens and is used in popular editors such as Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, Figma, and most standard image viewers.

The Google logo features a stylized “G” rendered in the company’s signature colors—red, yellow, green, and blue. In the current version, the colors blend smoothly in a modern and dynamic gradient, emphasizing the brand’s innovative and fresh identity. This symbol serves as a compact icon for Google’s apps and services. The name “Google” derives from “googol,” a mathematical term for a number consisting of 1 followed by 100 zeros, symbolizing the company’s mission to organize and make vast amounts of information accessible. Over time, the logo evolved from more intricate and vibrant designs to a minimalist, modern style that displays well across all devices and platforms.
