Where and how can I use it?

SVG format

It’s a lightweight vector format (in kilobytes) that’s ideal for use on websites, in mobile apps, and for print. Thanks to its scalability to any size without loss of quality, it can be scaled from the size of an icon to a banner on a building. The file is easily editable in popular graphics editors such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and others, and opens in Photoshop without any issues.

PNG format

It’s a raster format with support for transparent backgrounds, making it ideal for use on websites, web graphics, in presentations, documents, and social media. PNG preserves high image quality at its original size, but may lose sharpness and become blurred when enlarged. The file easily opens and is used in popular editors such as Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, Figma, and most standard image viewers.

The logo of the Mir payment system consists of three stylized elements: the letters “M” and “I” are rendered in vibrant green, while the third letter “R” is completed with a sky‑blue semicircle, suggesting a wing or leaf. This emblem debuted following a creative competition held from April to July 2015. In 2018, the green tone was deepened, the blue became brighter and gradient‑blended; later the brand introduced an expanded palette (blue, red, yellow, black) for flexible visual implementation. The logo maintains clean geometric shapes and conveys the brand’s modern and functional corporate identity.

The Mir payment system was established in 2014–2015 by the National Payment Card System under the initiative of the Bank of Russia, designed to replace Visa and Mastercard after sanctions. The official card launch began in December 2015, and from 2016 cards were accepted not only across Russia but also in Belarus, Turkey, Vietnam, Armenia, and other countries. The name “Mir” carries dual meaning: on one hand signifying “planet” in a global context, and on the other “peace/stability,” highlighting national coverage and payment sovereignty. By May 2023, over 228 million cards had been issued, and the platform continues to develop actively — Mir Pay mobile app for Android contactless payments was introduced, international partnerships are expanding, and dependence on foreign payment systems is decreasing.
