Thanks to its scalability to any size without loss of quality, it can be scaled from the size of an icon to a banner on a building. The file is easily editable in popular graphics editors such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and others, and opens in Photoshop without any issues.

PNG format

It’s a raster format with support for transparent backgrounds, making it ideal for use on websites, web graphics, in presentations, documents, and social media. PNG preserves high image quality at its original size, but may lose sharpness and become blurred when enlarged. The file easily opens and is used in popular editors such as Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, Figma, and most standard image viewers.

The logo of Moscow Transport consists of a red graphic symbol shaped like a geolocation marker, formed by two concentric arcs and a central ring of equal thickness converging into a pointed lower part. This symbol is used as a universal navigation mark throughout the city transport system. In the full version of the logo, the Moscow coat of arms is placed on the left, the geolocation pictogram in the center, and the text “Moscow Transport” on the right, written in the brand typeface in the same shade of red. The graphic symbol is also used separately — in apps, maps, and visual navigation.

Moscow Transport unites the city’s major mobility systems, including the metro, MCD, MCC, trams, buses, electric buses, surface routes, river lines, and bike sharing. The system is managed by city transport organizations responsible for stable operation, infrastructure development, digital services, fleet renewal, and unified navigation standards. In recent years, the network has undergone large-scale modernization: new lines, interchanges, unified fares, and digital platforms have appeared, making the system more convenient and connected for millions of passengers daily.

The Nike logo only cost $35

The Nike logo — the famous “Swoosh” — was designed in 1971 by design student Carolyn Davidson. She received only $35 for her work. Co-founder Phil Knight admitted that he didn’t particularly like the logo, but that he would “get used to it over time.” Later, when Nike became a successful brand, Carolyn received a gold ring with the logo and company shares in gratitude, which made her a millionaire.

Mercedes-Benz: a drawing from a postcard

Gottlieb Daimler drew a three-pointed star on a postcard for his wife, writing that it would one day shine over every engine and factory he built.
