The O’KEY logo features the brand name in white uppercase Cyrillic letters placed on a bright red background. Next to the text is a graphic element — two upward-pointing green gradient leaves, slightly angled outward. Previously, the company used different versions of the leaves and typeface, including colored elements, but the core visual identity — the text and leaves — has remained since the brand’s inception. The apostrophe in the name refers to the English expression “OK”, but the brand is fully adapted for the Russian market and the logo is designed exclusively in Russian.
O’KEY is one of the largest retail chains in Russia, operating in hypermarket and discount store formats. It was founded in 2001, with the first store opening in St. Petersburg in 2002. The company is managed through the Luxembourg-based holding O’KEY Group S.A., whose shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange. The chain offers food and non-food products, actively develops its e-commerce platform, and operates convenience stores under the brand “Da!”. As of the end of 2023, the chain included more than 290 outlets across Russia, including around 70 hypermarkets and over 220 discount stores.
