The PwC logo, representing an international network of firms providing audit, consulting, and professional services, consists of the brand name and an orange graphic symbol. The name appears in lowercase black letters as “pwc”, with a symbol above it composed of two elongated orange elements with angled edges, offset from each other upward and to the right. This element is called the Momentum Mark and conveys the idea of forward movement and of PwC moving forward together with its clients. The current logo was unveiled on April 29, 2025, as part of a global brand refresh. The new version retained the recognizable “pwc” wordmark and orange color, while the previous composition of multiple multicolored translucent rectangles was replaced by the new graphic symbol. The name PwC is an abbreviation for PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2010, the network began using PwC as its primary brand name rather than the full name PricewaterhouseCoopers.
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is an international network of independent firms providing audit and assurance, tax, consulting, deal advisory, and other professional services to businesses. PwC’s historical roots are in the United Kingdom, where firms established in the 19th century later developed into Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand. In 1998, these two international networks merged to form PricewaterhouseCoopers. Today, PwC brings together around 370,000 professionals in 149 countries and works with organizations across a wide range of industries, helping them address issues related to financial reporting, risk management, technology, business transformation, tax, and deals.
