The Zalando logo, for the European online platform for fashion and lifestyle, is built on two independent elements: the wordmark and the brand’s graphic mark. The wordmark is the name zalando written in lowercase sans-serif letters. The brand’s graphic mark is called the Play button, is made in the signature orange color, and has the shape of an asymmetric rounded triangle pointing to the right. According to the brand rules, the wordmark and the Play button are not combined into one fixed lockup: each element can be used separately, and when used together, they are placed as independent parts of Zalando’s visual system.
