The logo of TVP (Telewizja Polska — “Polish Television”) consists of three rectangular frames placed tightly side by side horizontally, each containing one letter of the abbreviation — “T”, “V”, and “P”. All letters are uppercase, white, and fill almost the entire space within the frames. The frame lines and font are strict, geometric, and symmetrical. Depending on the application, the logo appears on a dark blue or light blue background — both versions are official, with high readability of the white letters in either case. This visual style originates from the 2003 brandmark, but in 2023–2024 it was updated: while keeping the overall layout, the logo received a more modern letter design and cleaner graphical lines, making it suitable for both digital and television platforms.
Telewizja Polska is Poland’s largest state-owned public broadcasting company, founded in 1952. It operates major national channels such as TVP1, TVP2, TVP Info, TVP Kultura, and a number of thematic and international stations. The company plays a key role in the country’s information, education, and cultural broadcasting. Over the years, TVP has undergone multiple technological and structural transformations — from analog broadcasting to digital, multiplatform distribution, including its own internet services and streaming platforms. In addition to television content, Telewizja Polska actively participates in organizing national cultural events, international broadcasts, and news coverage.
