The logo of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (MinTsifry) is a blue square frame from which a pixel—small square—has detached in the top right corner. Inside the frame, precisely at the center, sits another small square. To the right is the lowercase word “mincifry” with a blue underline, representing a text cursor. The sign and text form a unified visual identity based on strict geometric shapes and references to digital interfaces.
