The Zolotoe Yabloko logo is an abstract graphic mark in isometric style—four identical flat brackets intersecting at angles to create a volumetric effect. Visually it resembles a spatial structure without direct association to an apple, despite the brand’s name. In the brand identity, the logo is most often used in black on a yellow background, emphasizing the brand’s visual boldness and making it easily recognizable. On the official website and in digital products, a simplified frontal 2D version is used—the brackets appear without perspective, making the symbol user-friendly for interfaces. On April 1, 2025, media outlets announced an allegedly new logo—hand-drawn typography with a central apple outline in gold tones. It later turned out to be an April Fool’s prank; the rebranding was fictitious.
Zolotoe Yabloko is a major Russian chain of perfumery and cosmetics stores, founded in 1996 in Yekaterinburg. Starting from a single shop, the company quickly expanded to federal scale and actively promotes online sales. Its assortment includes thousands of products from over 4000 brands—from mass market to premium and niche cosmetics, care products, accessories, and home goods. In addition to importing international brands, Zolotoe Yabloko develops its own product lines, including the FOR ME brand. The business is strongly focused on a young digital audience, emphasizing its mobile app, content marketing, and regular launches of limited collections. The chain is also expanding into CIS countries and maintains leading positions in the beauty industry.
