The Skolkovo logo, for the Russian innovation center and foundation supporting technology projects, consists of the Sk brand block and the brand name. In the horizontal version, a bright green brand block is placed on the left: an almost square shape with three strongly rounded corners and an unrounded upper-right corner. Inside the block, the joined Sk mark is shown in gray, with the letters S and k connected into a single typographic element following the principle of chemical element symbols in Mendeleev’s periodic table. The letters Sk are also connected with the beginning of the name of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. To the right of the block is the gray Skolkovo wordmark, set in the Helios typeface. In the vertical version, the large gray Sk mark is used without the green background block, with the Skolkovo name placed below it. The brand block combines a circle and an arrow, which in the brand system correspond to the ideas of openness and active development. The main logo colors are green and gray.

The full legal name of the organization is Non-commercial organization Foundation for Development of the Center for Elaboration and Commercialization of New Technologies, also known as the Skolkovo Foundation. Participant projects operate in industry, medicine, transport, information technology, and other sectors, while the Foundation is part of the VEB.RF group of development institutions.
