The Amediateka logo consists of two parts: a graphic symbol and the service’s name. The graphic element is shaped like the letter «A» and appears to be formed by three overlapping shapes stacked in line, producing a sense of depth and dynamics. The text logo – the service name – is set in a strict, clean font; the logo can appear in black or white depending on the background. This minimalist design emerged after the rebranding in late 2022 and reflects the modern character of the platform.
Amediateka is a Russian online streaming service, legally represented by LLC «A Serial». It was founded in 2013 by producer Alexander Akopov and the Amedia media holding team. The platform gained wide recognition thanks to exclusive rights to stream HBO series and other international studios such as Showtime and Starz. From launch, Amediateka offered users premieres on the day of their global release, a breakthrough for the Russian market. The service also offered high-quality video and official Russian dubbing. Over the years, it actively developed its own apps, partnerships with telecom operators and Smart TV platforms, and in 2022 it achieved profitability, confirming the strength of its business model amid competition from international players.
