The Gosuslugi logo consists of the word “госуслуги” in lowercase Cyrillic letters, with “гос” in blue and “услуги” in red. The font is sans-serif, geometric, and strict. The text is surrounded by a hexagon with rounded corners, also in a blue‑and‑red color scheme. This version of the logo has been in use since the 2015 redesign. It serves as the primary visual identifier of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Russian Federation across all official platforms, including mobile apps and government institutions.
The Gosuslugi portal (officially the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services) was launched in December 2009 as part of Russia’s digital government program and is operated by the Ministry of Digital Development (Ministry of Digital). The platform provides access to over 3,000 federal, regional and municipal services—from doctor appointments and document processing to applications, fines payment, and benefit disbursements. Over 109 million users are registered on the portal, and tens of millions of transactions are processed monthly via the mobile app. Gosuslugi is integrated with a number of other government information systems, including ESIA, Gosuslugi Auto and Goskey.
