The Heineken N.V. logo, of the international brewing group (The HEINEKEN Company), is designed as a strict text mark: the large word HEINEKEN is set in dark green uppercase letters with straight, wide strokes and a dense geometric structure. At the upper left, a red fragment of the brand’s five-pointed star adjoins the word; in the corporate version it is intentionally shown not in full, as part of a shape extending beyond the lettering. This approach is used specifically in the company logo and distinguishes it from the product logos of Heineken beer, where the star is shown in full and included in a more complex composition.
Heineken N.V. (The HEINEKEN Company) is a Dutch international brewing group whose history dates back to 1864, when Gerard Adriaan Heineken acquired the De Hooiberg brewery in Amsterdam, and in 1873 the company was formally established as a brewing enterprise. Today, Heineken N.V. is one of the largest brewing groups in the world and manages an extensive portfolio of brands, including global as well as regional and local products. The company operates in dozens of countries, developing production, distribution, and marketing, while also focusing on sustainability, corporate governance, and a long-term growth strategy.
