The Ricoh logo — of the office equipment manufacturer, printing solutions and visual information systems provider — consists of the brand name written in bold red capital letters. The font is straight, clean, sans-serif, with evenly spaced letters. All characters are aligned along the baseline and have the same height. In the full version of the logo, an additional line with the corporate slogan “imagine. change.” is placed underneath the main element, written in lowercase gray letters and centered. The wordmark can also be used separately without the slogan. The current version of the logo was introduced in 2005, and the slogan was added in 2012 as part of the brand’s global positioning.
