SVG format

It’s a lightweight vector format (in kilobytes) that’s ideal for use on websites, in mobile apps, and for print. Thanks to its scalability to any size without loss of quality, it can be scaled from the size of an icon to a banner on a building. The file is easily editable in popular graphics editors such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and others, and opens in Photoshop without any issues.

PNG format

It’s a raster format with support for transparent backgrounds, making it ideal for use on websites, web graphics, in presentations, documents, and social media. PNG preserves high image quality at its original size, but may lose sharpness and become blurred when enlarged. The file easily opens and is used in popular editors such as Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, Figma, and most standard image viewers.

The logo of the RTR Planeta channel is a rectangular composition combining two color blocks: a blue block with the white inscription “RTR” and a red block with the white word “PLANETA”, all in bold geometric type. This version is used internationally as the primary logo. In Russia and on some domestic platforms, a Cyrillic version with the inscriptions “РОССИЯ” and “РТР” in a similar style is also used. The current version has been in use since 2010 and aligns with the overall corporate design of the VGTRK media holding. Visual elements have been adapted for digital and HD platforms.

RTR Planeta is the international version of the federal channel “Russia 1”, part of VGTRK. Since 2002, it has been broadcasting under the brand “RTR Planeta”, targeting Russian-speaking audiences outside Russia. Programming includes news releases, feature shows, talk shows, documentaries, and cultural programs. Content is formed from flagship projects of “Russia 1”, “Russia 24”, and “Russia‑K”, as well as original productions. Broadcasting runs 24/7, covering Europe, North America, CIS countries, Asia, and other regions. The channel provides Russia’s informational and cultural presence on the international stage.
