The SME Bank logo, used by a Russian development bank supporting entrepreneurship, consists of a graphic symbol and the brand name. The graphic symbol is square and consists of a very thick turquoise outline with a separate purple square element in the upper-right corner. To the right is the bank’s name in black sans-serif type, with the large Cyrillic abbreviation МСП visually separated from the word “Банк”. The graphic symbol can also be used on its own, and an English-language version reading SME Bank is available with the same graphic design and color palette. The Russian abbreviation МСП stands for “малое и среднее предпринимательство”, meaning small and medium-sized entrepreneurship. The current visual identity was introduced as part of a 2024 rebrand developed by the Headspace agency. It retains a visual connection with RSMB Corporation while giving the bank its own color palette and graphic system. The bank’s previous visual identity was noticeably different: after it was renamed SME Bank in 2011, it used an orange logo featuring a segmented pine cone symbol.
