The SME Digital Ecosystem logo, used by Russia’s government digital platform for entrepreneur support, consists of a graphic symbol and the name. The symbol is designed as a chart with three vertical bars of different heights: the first two are divided into a yellow upper section and a purple lower section, while the third is entirely purple. According to the designers’ concept, the first two bars represent small and medium-sized businesses, while the tallest reflects their ambition for further growth. In the horizontal layout, SME appears next to the symbol together with the Digital Ecosystem descriptor; in the vertical layout, it is placed below the symbol. SME is set in large, bold sans-serif lettering. Black lettering is used on light backgrounds and white lettering on dark backgrounds. Monochrome versions of the logo are also available in black and white, and the graphic symbol can be used separately. In the original Russian name МСП.РФ, the abbreviation МСП refers to the small and medium-sized business sector, while .РФ forms part of the name of the Russian digital platform. The visual identity was introduced with the launch of the project in 2022 and uses a yellow-and-purple color palette and the Golos typeface.
SME Digital Ecosystem is a Russian government digital platform for entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals and people planning to start their own business. It was launched in 2022 by RSMB Corporation together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, with RSMB Corporation serving as the platform operator. Through the platform, users can access federal and regional support measures, find financial instruments and property for business use, search for markets and partners, take training courses, and use legal and other digital services. By autumn 2026, the platform had more than 1.7 million users, and 35 services were available to small and medium-sized businesses. It operates as a unified digital ecosystem bringing together government support measures and services for starting, running and growing a business.
