The logo of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR), a Russian state extra-budgetary fund, consists of a graphic symbol and the organization’s name set in dark gray uppercase letters. The symbol is formed by a broad continuous line with rounded outer curves and a diagonal break in the center. Its contours combine the Cyrillic letters С, Ф, and Р into a single composition. The symbol uses a blue-to-red gradient. The logo is available in horizontal and vertical layouts and can be rendered in white on a dark background. It was unveiled in January 2023, when the merged fund began operating, and is based on the “One Line” concept.
The Social Fund of Russia, whose full official name is the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, began operating on January 1, 2023. The government organization was established in Russia by reorganizing the Pension Fund and incorporating the Social Insurance Fund into it, taking over the functions of both institutions. The SFR administers and pays pensions and state benefits, maintains records in the pension and social insurance systems, provides maternity capital, pays temporary disability and maternity benefits, supports people injured at work, provides assistive rehabilitation devices, and delivers other social protection measures. The merger made it possible to access the services previously provided by both funds through unified client service offices, multifunctional public service centers (MFCs), and online services under a one-stop-shop model.
