The Teka logo, representing a German brand of household appliances and kitchen equipment, consists of the brand name set in large white uppercase letters. The letter pairs “TE” and “KA” are joined within each pair, forming unified graphic elements. To the left of the top bar of the letter “T” is a separate small square element with rounded corners. The letters have broad geometric shapes, with the “K” standing out in particular because of its large diagonal strokes. In the main brand version, the white lettering appears on a deep red square background. The current logo was introduced in 2019 and completed the brand image update that had begun a year earlier with new positioning and the slogan “Cook your way to life”. The name Teka appeared in 1957 and was formed from the names Thielmann and Klein, which were linked to the creation of the brand.
Teka Group is an international group of companies of German origin specializing in household appliances and kitchen equipment. Its history began in 1924, when Karl Thielmann founded a company in Germany that manufactured agricultural machinery. The company later moved into stainless-steel products and, after the Teka brand was introduced, initially produced sinks before expanding its range to cookers, ovens, extractor hoods, and other kitchen appliances. Today, the Teka brand offers ovens, cooktops, extractor hoods, refrigerators, dishwashers and washing machines, sinks, faucets, small household appliances, and other home products. Teka Group operates in more than 120 countries across five continents, and in 2025 the group, with the exception of Teka Rus LLC, became part of the Chinese technology company Midea Group.
