The Tregaskiss logo, for a brand specializing in robotic and automatic MIG welding equipment, consists of the brand name and a geometric symbol positioned to the left within a hexagonal outline, featuring a repeated angular motif pointing to the right. The brand name is set in large, slanted uppercase letters. In 2024, Tregaskiss updated its logo and visual identity along with the Bernard brand. The current logo is available in four color variations: a bronze emblem with dark lettering for light backgrounds, an entirely dark version for light backgrounds, a bronze emblem with light beige lettering for dark backgrounds, and an entirely light beige version for dark backgrounds. The two-color versions serve as the primary variants. The name Tregaskiss comes from the surname of the company’s founder, William Tregaskiss.
Tregaskiss is a division of ITW Canada Inc., headquartered in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, specializing in robotic and automatic MIG guns, peripheral equipment, and welding consumables. The company’s history began in 1967, when William Tregaskiss started selling welding products in the U.S. state of Michigan and the Canadian province of Ontario. That same year, Tregaskiss and Ford Motor Company developed the Auto 350 robotic MIG gun for demanding automotive manufacturing environments. In 1992, the company introduced the TOUGH GUN product line, and in 2007 the family-owned business became part of ITW Canada Inc. Today, Tregaskiss is part of the ITW Welding group and manufactures equipment and components for automated MIG welding.
