The Ziaja logo of the Polish cosmetics brand and manufacturer of face, body, and hair care products is based on the brand name written in black lowercase letters. The sign uses a sans-serif typeface with rounded shapes and lines of equal thickness. A distinctive feature of the lettering is the letter “j”, formed as a long vertical stroke that descends below the other letters. On tubes and other branded products, the version used places the word ziaja inside a thin horizontal oval. In the company’s visual identity, there is also another logo version in which an outlined olive branch is added next to the wordmark. The brand name is derived from the surname of the company’s founders, Ziaja.
Ziaja is a Polish family-owned company from Gdańsk, founded in 1989 by pharmacists Aleksandra and Zenon Ziaja. The company’s full official name is Ziaja Ltd Zakład Produkcji Leków Sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company. The brand’s history began with an olive oil cream, after which the range gradually expanded into a large selection of face, body, and hair care products, products for the whole family, Ziaja Med dermocosmetics, and the professional Ziaja Pro line. The company combines cosmetics and pharmaceutical expertise, with a strong focus on in-house production, quality control, and a wide choice of products for everyday care.
