The Belavia logo, representing the Belarusian airline, consists of the brand name and a cornflower symbol placed above the letter “i”. The name is set in a thin typeface with rounded letterforms, smooth strokes, and large open counters. The primary version of the logo is blue, while black and white versions are also used depending on the background and application. The current visual identity was introduced in 2016 as part of a major rebranding of the airline. The cornflower became the main graphic element of the new identity: its center represents Belarus as the airline’s home, while the petals are associated with flight and forward movement.
Open Joint Stock Company “Belavia Airlines” is a Belarusian passenger airline established in 1996 on the basis of the Belarusian aviation association “Belavia”. Its home airport is Minsk National Airport. The airline operates scheduled and charter passenger services on international routes. In 2016, Belavia carried out a major visual identity update, introducing a new logo and new aircraft livery. The refreshed design was also applied to crew uniforms, offices, the website, and other brand elements.
