Where and how can I use it?

SVG format

It’s a lightweight vector format (in kilobytes) that’s ideal for use on websites, in mobile apps, and for print. Thanks to its scalability to any size without loss of quality, it can be scaled from the size of an icon to a banner on a building. The file is easily editable in popular graphics editors such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and others, and opens in Photoshop without any issues.

PNG format

It’s a raster format with support for transparent backgrounds, making it ideal for use on websites, web graphics, in presentations, documents, and social media. PNG preserves high image quality at its original size, but may lose sharpness and become blurred when enlarged. The file easily opens and is used in popular editors such as Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, Figma, and most standard image viewers.

The Asana logo, for a work management platform for teams, consists of a brand symbol and the brand name. The symbol is formed by three identical circles arranged in a triangular formation: one at the top and two at the bottom. In the current full-color version, the circles use the brand’s coral color, while the name is set in rounded lowercase sans-serif letters and appears in black on a light background or white on a dark one. The main version of the logo uses a horizontal layout with the symbol to the left of the name, while a vertical version is provided for limited spaces. The 2026 brand system also allows single-color black or white versions of the logo for suitable backgrounds. The three dots already formed the basis of the symbol in Asana’s early visual identity, and during the 2015 rebranding they were moved from a linear arrangement into a compact group representing three team members working together toward a shared goal. At the same time, the dots changed from green to coral. In the current logo, the symbol is rendered in a solid coral color without a gradient. The name Asana comes from the Sanskrit word “āsana”, meaning a yoga pose, and when the name was chosen it was associated with the ideas of focus, flow, and clarity.

Asana, Inc. is an American company founded in 2008 by Dustin Moskovitz and Justin Rosenstein after their work on team coordination tools at Facebook. Asana was created as a system that makes it possible to see who is doing what and by when, while reducing the need for meetings, email exchanges, and constant status updates. Today, the platform brings together task, project, goal, portfolio, resource, and workflow management and supports automation, integrations, and artificial intelligence tools. In 2026, the company positions Asana as an operating system for collaboration between people and AI agents, where teams can plan work, run processes, and track results in a single environment.
