The CNBC logo, of the American business and financial news television channel, is designed as a wordmark with a graphic accent inside the letter N. A blue triangle is placed above the diagonal stroke and serves as a permanent element of the visual identity. The logo is used in white lettering on a dark blue background or in dark blue lettering on a white or transparent background, while the blue triangle remains unchanged. The updated visual appearance was introduced in December 2025 as part of a redesign of CNBC’s visual system. Before that, a key element of the logo for decades was the multicolored NBC peacock: it had been part of CNBC’s identity since the channel’s launch in 1989 and was used for more than 35 years, serving as a visual link to the NBCUniversal brand. The new logo abandons the peacock, focusing on the lettermark and a more restrained graphic approach.
