The logo of the Ivi online cinema features the brand name in a smooth, rounded font, emphasizing accessibility and friendliness. The composition includes a slanted red-pink shape, closer to scarlet, containing the first letter “и”. This element visually stands out — the letter appears smeared or drawn in motion, creating a dynamic, live-stroke effect. The logo was updated in 2022 as part of a major rebranding, when the company moved from the Latin “IVI” to the Cyrillic version. The new visual style was developed by Ivi’s internal team without external agencies.
Ivi is one of the largest online cinemas in Russia, founded in 2010 by entrepreneurs Oleg Tumanov and Dmitry Alimov. The service provides legal access to a vast library of movies, series, cartoons, and other video content through partnerships with major rights holders. The platform actively develops original productions, regularly releasing its own films and series. Ivi reaches millions of users each month, and its subscription model and mobile offerings are key to its growth strategy.
