Where and how can I use it?

SVG format

It’s a lightweight vector format (in kilobytes) that’s ideal for use on websites, in mobile apps, and for print. Thanks to its scalability to any size without loss of quality, it can be scaled from the size of an icon to a banner on a building. The file is easily editable in popular graphics editors such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and others, and opens in Photoshop without any issues.

PNG format

It’s a raster format with support for transparent backgrounds, making it ideal for use on websites, web graphics, in presentations, documents, and social media. PNG preserves high image quality at its original size, but may lose sharpness and become blurred when enlarged. The file easily opens and is used in popular editors such as Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, Figma, and most standard image viewers.

The LinkedIn logo consists of the brand name, where the first part of the word is written in a simple sans-serif font, and the final part — “in” — is placed inside a blue square with rounded corners. This square with “in” is also used as an independent mark and icon of the platform in the digital environment — on websites, in mobile applications, and on social media. Since its appearance in 2003, the company has updated the logo several times, changing the shade of blue and the font style, but the main structure has remained the same. The current version features cleaner lines and balanced proportions, maintaining the recognizability and continuity of LinkedIn’s corporate identity.

LinkedIn Corporation is the world’s leading professional social network, founded in 2003 and part of Microsoft since 2016. The platform connects professionals, employers, and companies, providing tools for job searching, recruiting, business promotion, and knowledge sharing. The service has hundreds of millions of users worldwide and supports many languages, including English, Spanish, German, and French. LinkedIn’s main mission is to help professionals build valuable connections and advance their careers, which is reflected in its clear and business-oriented visual identity.
