
The Reliance Retail logo, the retail arm of the Reliance group, is designed as a combination of the corporate symbol and a wordmark. The base is the word “Reliance” in large red letters, above which sits the Reliance circular symbol in dark blue, built as a curled stroke with an embedded flame. The flame graphic serves as the dot above the “i” in the brand name. Below the brand name runs a blue horizontal line, and to its right there is a small blue “RETAIL” inscription.
Reliance Retail is a major retail business of the Reliance Industries group, launched in 2006 and developing an offline store network and online platforms in India. The business covers multiple consumer categories, including groceries and everyday essentials, electronics and home appliances, fashion and lifestyle, beauty, and a pharmacy segment. Within the Reliance Retail ecosystem, different formats and brands are developed, including Reliance Digital, Reliance Trends, Smart Bazaar, Smart Point, Smart Superstore, Reliance Jewels, Hamleys, as well as digital platforms and projects such as AJIO, JioMart, Tira, and Netmeds.
