The Hyper Lenta logo, used for the hypermarket format of Lenta Group, consists of a brand symbol and a two-line name. On the left is Lenta’s recognizable symbol: a yellow ring with a blue circle inside and two green petals beneath it, making the sign look like a simplified multicolored sunflower. On the right is the wordmark “hyper lenta”: “hyper” is rendered in yellow and “lenta” in blue, in the same sans-serif corporate typeface used by the brand. In the company’s brand system, this format is explicitly presented as a separate version of the logo, while the overall image preserves a connection to Lenta’s historic symbol.
Hyper Lenta is the key hypermarket format within the structure of Lenta Group and one of the company’s most important businesses. Lenta’s history began in 1993 in St. Petersburg, Russia, and today the group describes Hyper Lenta as the market leader in the hypermarket segment and presents this format as a hypermarket with a sought-after assortment at competitive prices. As of the end of 2025, the group operated 270 hypermarkets, and the format itself was developed in several models, including the classic hypermarket, the urban XS format, and the Economy format. Thus, Hyper Lenta is not a separate company, but the group’s main hypermarket business within a large multi-format retail structure.
